Terms of Use
Effective and last updated September 25, 2026. These terms govern use of the Prime Signal Media public website and contractor application process.
These terms do not replace any separate contractor partnership, pricing, billing, payment, portal, or service agreement that may apply if a contractor account is approved and activated.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using PrimeSignalMedia.com or submitting information through the contractor application, you agree to use the site in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable law. If you are submitting information for a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about Prime Signal Media, its contractor-focused platform, demand-generation approach, contractor application process, and general pricing and billing model. Website information is intended to support a business conversation and may not describe every term that applies to a specific contractor relationship.
3. Contractor applications
Submitting an application begins an evaluation only. It does not create an account, establish an exclusive relationship, obligate Prime Signal Media to approve the applicant, or guarantee any number of leads, service opportunities, jobs, customers, revenue, geographic coverage, or marketing results.
Prime Signal may approve or decline applications based on service fit, market needs, operating area, capacity, account requirements, or other legitimate business considerations.
4. Lead generation and opportunity volume
Prime Signal Media works to develop homeowner demand through channels described on the website, which may include local search visibility, service-area content, conversion-focused pages, social visibility, paid acquisition, and source tracking. Actual opportunity volume and results can vary by market, season, service category, competition, campaign performance, homeowner demand, contractor availability, and other conditions.
5. Commercial and contractor terms
Applicable pricing, billing triggers, credits, payment expectations, service areas, approved services, routing settings, and other commercial or operational terms are reviewed separately before or during account activation. If separate written or electronic terms conflict with these public-site terms for an approved contractor relationship, the more specific contractor terms control for that relationship.
6. Contractor Portal and account security
Approved contractors may receive access to a separate authenticated Contractor Portal. Account credentials are for the authorized contractor and its permitted users. Users are responsible for protecting credentials, using the portal only for legitimate business purposes, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the public site, application process, or related Prime Signal systems to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected account information, abuse forms or messaging systems, or use Prime Signal intellectual property in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
8. Website content and intellectual property
The Prime Signal Media name, branding, website design, original written content, software interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Prime Signal Media and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may review and use the public website for ordinary business evaluation, but you may not reproduce or present Prime Signal materials as your own without permission.
9. Third-party services
The site and platform may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email, payment processing, security, mapping, or other infrastructure. Prime Signal is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside its control, and their separate terms may apply.
10. Website availability and changes
Prime Signal Media may update, suspend, change, or discontinue public-site content or features as the business evolves. Although Prime Signal works to keep information accurate and the site available, uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or permanent availability of any particular feature is not guaranteed.
11. Disclaimers
The public website is provided for general business information and contractor evaluation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without warranties that every market, campaign, lead, contractor opportunity, or business result will meet a particular expectation. Nothing on the public website is a guarantee of revenue, customers, job volume, or profitability.
12. Responsibility for business decisions
Contractors remain responsible for their own licensing, insurance, staffing, service quality, scheduling, customer interactions, taxes, regulatory obligations, and decisions about whether a Prime Signal relationship is appropriate for their business.
13. Changes to these terms
Prime Signal Media may update these Terms of Use when the website or business model changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current published version. Continued use of the public website after an update is subject to the revised terms.
