Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated September 25, 2026. This policy explains how Prime Signal Media handles information submitted through this public website and contractor application process.
This policy covers PrimeSignalMedia.com and the contractor application process. Approved contractor accounts may also be subject to additional onboarding, commercial, payment, and portal terms.
1. Information we collect
When you submit a contractor application or contact Prime Signal Media, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including company name, contact name, email address, phone number, website, services offered, service area, approximate team size, and any message or business information you include.
If a contractor relationship is approved, Prime Signal may later maintain additional account, availability, service, billing, payment, and operational records through the separate Contractor Portal and related business systems.
2. Technical and website information
Like most WordPress websites, the site and its hosting environment may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, timestamps, pages requested, and security-related events. WordPress, hosting providers, and enabled service providers may also use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site administration, security, or session functionality.
The Prime Signal Media theme does not itself add advertising-tracking cookies or sell advertising profiles. If additional analytics, advertising, or marketing tools are added later, this policy should be updated to describe them.
3. How we use information
Prime Signal Media may use submitted information to evaluate contractor-market fit, respond to questions, communicate about a potential partnership, configure approved contractor accounts, operate and secure the website and platform, maintain business records, administer billing or service activity for approved contractors, investigate misuse, and comply with applicable legal or business-record obligations.
4. Contractor application records
Contractor applications are stored privately in the site's WordPress administration area so Prime Signal can review and follow up on the submission. Application notifications are also sent through the site's configured email-delivery provider. Submitting an application does not create a contractor account and does not guarantee approval, lead volume, jobs, customers, or revenue.
5. When information may be shared
Prime Signal Media may provide information to service providers that help operate the website or business, such as website hosting, email delivery, security, payment processing, and other infrastructure providers used for an approved contractor relationship. Those providers receive information only as needed to perform their services for Prime Signal.
Prime Signal may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect the security or rights of Prime Signal or others, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a business transfer or reorganization.
Prime Signal Media does not operate the contractor application process as a list-selling service and does not sell contractor applicant information as a standalone data product.
6. Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate or administer a contractor relationship, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, support security, or meet legal and accounting obligations. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record and whether a contractor relationship becomes active.
7. Security
Prime Signal Media uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, including authenticated administrative access and secured application handling. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you should avoid submitting sensitive information that is not requested by the application or contact process.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact Prime Signal Media to ask about, correct, or request deletion of contractor-application information you submitted. Some information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for security, transaction history, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
9. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to the separate Contractor Portal, social profiles, payment providers, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices may differ from Prime Signal Media's public website, and you should review the policies presented by those services when appropriate.
10. Children
Prime Signal Media is a business-to-business service and the contractor application is intended for adults authorized to act for a service business. The site is not directed to children.
11. Changes to this policy
Prime Signal Media may update this policy as the website, marketing practices, platform, or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
12. Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be directed to Prime Signal Media, LLC at AaronWymer@PrimeSignalMedia.com or (330) 631-5677. Business address: 278 Davey Road, South Point, OH 45680.
